So wanted me to post Various ideas. So here it goes...
1: Town Guards when in need.
Desc: so this is plug which would be nice to see.. so Wars occur at times. and some of the large towns for example have many members asleep or offline and can be attacked easily This idea is for as your town grows in power the tiers from hamlet onwards your gain access to npc guards Lowest tier you get 2 npc, and then it rises from there. Only the mayor of town can outfit the npc by interacting with a block or command while in the town block as the guards spawn in your town's home block. as a way for a town's last ditch for protecting itself.. the feature of having guards is not a free thing and should also cost money based on how many are hired through the plugin. as For their equipment having a Chest where the plugin is linked to is vital so inside the chest the mayor places a set of armor for the npc to use. this also means choosing weapon be it sword, Bow, Axe, sword/shield, axe/shield
--- guard Chest----
Desc: the guard Chest aka the thing you use to handle what type of guard is beckoned upon War time can be purchased via the plugin for a price for melee, a diff price for Ranged, and even a other price for a Medic like guard that is basically a witch.
2: Weapons Redesigned..
Desc: Getting rid of Musket and swapping it out for a steam powered Bolt Launcher instead... More or less should be a simple fix. instead of a exploding Ball that is buggy shoots an Arrow as if shot from bow at full pull, but leaves no "Arrow" behind.. As for it's ammo crafting the ammo itself requires more steps but does deal good damage.
--Ammo Types---
Steel Bolts : is crafted with iron ingots as if making a helmet, then a stick in middle, and 3 feathers along the bottom. this gives you 12 Bolts per recipe.

-Bolt Launcher Damage: Being a bolt Launcher aka an arrow it shouldnt Explode open contact. instead the bolts will Go right through non armored units, and will hit and knockback armored units. So basically player A has leather armor or no armor, player B has Iron or diamond.. Player A gets shot and has a Bleed affect with lil Knockback, however Player B gets Bleed as well as a knockback due to wearing stronger armor..
-Upgrade Path-
1:Weak Bolt Launcher. :: Deals same damage as musket would, however instead of explosion deals a bleed the duration of bleed is dependent on the level of the gun, the strength of knockback is also dependent on the gun's level.
Gun Item:: Starts off as a Saddle then Goes into Iron, gold then daimond Horse Armor. Diamond being Max. All three have the enchanted glow. Why Horse armor you ask? hold a horse armor in your hand it looks like a gun sorta by vanilla texture.

3:Custom Enchants More enchant Ideas..
-Shield Enchant--
1: Damage Asorb/release
desc: upon being hit has a chance to proc a Damage Asorb Ranking from Tier based on enchant tier will asorb damage dealt to you then release it once you release right mouse button..
Projectile type : splash potion of harm. Tiers go with how high your asorb is.
2: Arrow Reflection..
Desc: Holding shield up has a 20% chance to reflect a arrow shot back at it's attacker with a bit more power..
--Boot Enchants--
1: Rocket Boots
Desc: Basically while in air press space 2 times to hover. this gives fly, however at a PRICE.. The price is that while flying the boot's durability degrades. the degration rate is based off the Tank of the boot enchant as well as the rank of unbreaking if present on the boots. at rank 1 without any unbreaking your loose durability at 10% of max per tick. Also theres a Indicator that appears on screen above your level this indicator shows a number the number is based off your boot's durability and unbreaking rank.. this allows the user to see when they should land.. Also Note you can NOT have Feather falling on while this enchant is on boots. the two cant be together. because Rocket boots are a Risk, even though you can fly, does not mean you have no fall damage if you collide with ground fast enough you can kill yourself as fall damage plus speed is brought into the self damage, while it also damages the boots.
sPeed of Rocket enchant: it can be toggled to be slower then /fly since you can control the speed of /fly you can control the speed of the enchant. speed itself is also based on rank of enchant..
--bow Enchants--
1: Potion Launcher.
Desc: The bow not have Aura blast while this enchant is present. If an Empty potion bottle is to the slot right of your bow on hotbar the Bow will load potions in inventory to attack to Arrows. Launching them as if they are Splash Potions, if they are already splash potion then no arrow is consumed. .. Also Note Potion Launcher enchant cant be on a bow with infinity. The Damage of Potions if harm potions, or heal power of heal potions is Boosted based on Power Enchant. The Projectle Arrow shot from this enchant Does not deal damage itself, only is used to bring the potion to it's target to apply splash effects. be it heal, weaken, etc anything in glass bottle be it water (puts out fires) , Potions (effects) or Booze (if booze is in a bottle. havent used the beers yet. ) will be chucked.
